Position Overview: As the Training Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of this transformative program by developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy. Working closely with implementation partners, Business Change Managers, and other key stakeholders, you will lead the training effort to ensure seamless adoption, mitigate resistance, and equip our workforce with the necessary skills and knowledge for the transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice on adult education and training
  • Develop, lead, and execute training strategies aligned with organisational culture and program objectives.
  • Foster partnerships with operational training areas and subject matter experts to influence training outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimise disruption and facilitate a smooth transition to new ways of working.
  • Coordinate training activities in alignment with program objectives and business as usual operations.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution related to training issues.
  • Actively promote change and drive support across the organisation.
  • Ensure adherence to change management and training management success measures.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess training and knowledge transfer requirements for impacted business units.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in training leadership roles.
  • Possess strong planning and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with training frameworks in agile, waterfall, and hybrid settings.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels.
  • Experience in human-centered design considerations for change initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for driving organisational and people development.
