​Based in Melbourne, Anna has been with Paxus for 18 months so far and has over 15 years of experience specialising in Volume and Project Solutions, Full Lifecycle Recruitment, the management of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Provider models. Her journey has taken her across Australia, Auckland, Mexico City, Panama, and the Bahamas, where she has led teams and managed diverse projects. Anna has delivered 360 recruitment services for state and federal governments, as well as private sector clients across various industries including IT, HR, Banking, Logistics, and more. She's passionate about building strong client relationships, driving recruitment strategies, and mentoring her team. Anna is excited to continue to expand Paxus' offerings and to integrate innovative technologies into processes.
