Demonstrable success in strategic sales and operational management, stakeholder relationship management and the implementation of Managed Service Provisions and Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions. ​Broad industry exposure with a specialist background in Mining & Resources, Construction and Public Services. Proven ability to design effective solutions and provide operational management catered to clients across a variety of sectors. ​Gary prides himself on effective communication, leadership, people management and team building skills, fostering an environment of cooperation and ownership towards the pursuit of collective goals.

Amanda Miles

Amanda Miles

Head of Solution Delivery

​Amanda has taken on the role of Head of Solution Delivery after 18 years with Paxus and Adcorp, and over 25 years in IT Recruitment. Amanda has been a cornerstone of Paxus, achieving milestones such as designing our current functional delivery model and leading the implementation of our CRM systems. Previously serving as Director of Operations, she brings a wealth of experience and leadership to her new role. In her new position, Amanda will oversee Paxus’s Recruitment, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations portfolio’s. She is focused on enhancing our recruitment function to better serve our customers by delivering a diverse range of talent solutions.

Head of People & Culture Adcorp Holdings Australia

Laura brings a wealth of experience from her diverse career in People & Culture, including her recent role in the legal industry, and previous positions in Telecommunications and HealthX. Laura is passionate about driving business results through people and is eager to support Paxus in achieving its transformation goals, she has a Bachelor of Business Studies (HR Major) and ongoing studies for a Masters at QUT.

Anna Rodriguez

Talent Solutions Manager

​Based in Melbourne, Anna has been with Paxus for 18 months so far and has over 15 years of experience specialising in Volume and Project Solutions, Full Lifecycle Recruitment, the management of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Provider models. Her journey has taken her across Australia, Auckland, Mexico City, Panama, and the Bahamas, where she has led teams and managed diverse projects. Anna has delivered 360 recruitment services for state and federal governments, as well as private sector clients across various industries including IT, HR, Banking, Logistics, and more. She's passionate about building strong client relationships, driving recruitment strategies, and mentoring her team. Anna is excited to continue to expand Paxus' offerings and to integrate innovative technologies into processes. Her focus is on scaling our operations to meet client needs and staying ahead in an ever-changing landscape.
