Brett Johnson

Brett commenced his career with the major Australian Bank, Westpac. During his career with Westpac he successfully worked in roles with a management, relationship and analytical focus.

He has worked within Retail Banking, Private Banking, Commercial Banking and Institutional Banking and has developed strong skills in Financial Markets, Leveraged Finance, Debt & Equity Capital Markets and Private Wealth. He has also successfully led teams of specialised Banking personnel.

Since 2010, with a successful transition to Human Resources, and in particular, managing large-scale national accounts and specialised recruitment teams, Brett has been able to draw on not only his Banking and Finance knowledge but also a diverse range of prominent contacts and former associates within the industry.

Brett is currently Sector Head at Paxus, leading a national team, delivering technology, transformation and digital staffing and talent solutions across technology, professional & financial sectors. Paxus is a leading workplace solutions company, driven to grow people, businesses and economies through connections that allow them to realise their potential.
