Nathan Coller

​Nathan joined Paxus as a Recruitment Consultant in 2007 and quickly advanced to Account Manager, where he spent a decade earning an exceptional reputation in the Australian recruitment industry. By 2020, he was promoted to National Account Director, managing some of our largest national accounts.

Throughout his career, Nathan has excelled in driving expansion, growth, and client service delivery, earning numerous awards along the way. His passion for people and relationship-building shines through in his dedication to mentoring recruitment teams and fostering trusted partnerships with candidates, contractors, and clients alike. As he steps into his new role as Senior Account Director, Nathan is excited to leverage his extensive experience to lead and grow our local and state government business across QLD, NSW, VIC, and NT.
