Job description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Change Analyst to support our organisation's whole of business transformation program. This role ensures that all changes are well-coordinated, free of clashes, and effectively communicated. The Change Analyst will work closely with the executive team, business SMEs and technical program leads and play a critical role in analysing change impacts, managing dependencies, and driving smooth transitions for our people, customers, and the organisation.
Key Focus Areas
- Change Coordination: Analyse, plan, and manage changes across the transformation program to prevent clashes and ensure alignment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Create and help execute communication plans to keep relevant parties informed, engaged, and aligned.
- Dependency Management: Map and manage dependencies across projects to identify and address potential risks proactively.
- Embedding Change: Coordinating training delivery, create awareness, and support impacted teams to embed changes effectively.
- Sustained Impact: Work with the business leaders to ensure changes are delivered, embedded, and sustained for long-term success.
