About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Vulnerability Management Administrator to join our client's Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC). In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the security and resilience of our organization by managing and mitigating vulnerabilities across a diverse and complex technology environment.
Required:
- Technical Expertise: A solid background in system administration (Windows, Linux, network devices, cloud platforms) and understanding of how to navigate complex technical environments.
- Cybersecurity Focus: Demonstrated experience in vulnerability management, with knowledge of tools such as Tenable, Qualys, or Rapid7, and the ability to interpret scan results.
- Coordination Skills: Demonstrated experience and success in building relationships and working with diverse stakeholders, including system and service owners, to achieve shared security goals.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess vulnerability data critically and translate technical findings into actionable steps for resolution.
- Communication Proficiency: Experience and demonstrated ability to articulate technical details and risk implications clearly to both technical teams and business leaders.
