The positions are contract positions and based at our Cairns and Townsville sites.
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced IT support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of IT systems and AV appliances, including windows, AD, Mobile devices, projectors and conference room equipment, as well as providing technical support for user devices.
We are seeking a candidate with strong support skills at an intermediate level in the following areas:
- Windows & Mac OS Troubleshooting
- Browser Troubleshooting (Chrome, Edge & Firefox)
- Networking
- Active Directory (Users, Groups, Group Policy)
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Printing
- Mobile Devices (Apple and Android)
- Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ServiceNow / ITIL Knowledge
