Job description
Our client is seeking a skilled Ping Administrator to work with cutting-edge Ping products, including PingID and PingAuthorize, to support and enhance their platform architecture. You will facilitate seamless authentication and authorisation processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Ping products such as PingID and PingAuthorize to ensure secure authentication and authorisation.
- Integrate Ping solutions into the platform architecture to optimise security workflows.
- Provide support for staff and customer transaction authorisation workflows, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Ping product implementations.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience working with Ping products, including PingID and PingAuthorize.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorisation processes and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
