About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Product Lead specializing in SAP Finance to join a prominent organization. This pivotal role involves shaping the product strategy for SAP Finance modules (FICO, AP, AR, AA, PS, IM), managing the product roadmap, and working closely with stakeholders to align with business goals. This is an excellent opportunity to guide a functional team through a significant SAP transformation journey, including the transition to S/4HANA.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee the SAP Finance product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, focusing on business needs, enhancements, and project deliverables.
- Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination across business units.
- Provide expertise and leadership in SAP Finance modules, taking accountability for key technical decisions.
- Lead the migration to S/4HANA, including system testing and UAT, to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering future capabilities in SAP Finance and business collaboration.
- Supervise the handover from project execution to ongoing BAU support.
Essential Criteria:
- Over 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
- Extensive experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and ongoing BAU support.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and familiar with the DevOps toolchain.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong background in IT Service Management and working with mission-critical enterprise applications.
