Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (SF PMGM) Implementation Lead to drive the end-to-end deployment of SuccessFactors PMGM within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has successfully led complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in change management and business transformation, with a focus on HR and Payroll systems implementation.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale ERP HCM change programs, preferably within SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SAP S/4HANA HR/Payroll implementations.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's Change Model, Lewin's Change Theory).
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training delivery in complex organisational environments.
- Ability to conduct change impact assessments, resistance management, and post-go-live change adoption monitoring.
- Strong collaboration skills with business and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration of change initiatives with system deployment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience in preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
