THE ROLE
As a SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Change Analyst, you will play a key role in executing the change management strategy for the implementation of SAP SF PMGM within a modern ERP program. You'll work closely with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and business units to ensure a smooth transition, effective training, and strong adoption of new systems and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify workforce, role, and process changes.
- Support stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Develop and coordinate training programs, tracking completion and effectiveness.
- Execute business readiness assessments to prepare teams for go-live.
- Create and manage communication materials (FAQs, presentations, intranet updates).
- Track change adoption metrics, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Provide administrative support for change management workshops and meetings.
- Assist in reporting change progress, risks, and stakeholder feedback.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in change management, HR transformation, or business process change.
- Strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SAP S/4HANA HR/Payroll.
- Experience supporting large-scale HR and payroll system implementations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in developing change materials.
- Strong collaboration and organisational skills, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- Ability to track and measure change adoption and manage business readiness activities.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Experience working on government, utilities, or enterprise HR transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's Change Model, or similar methodologies.
- Background in HR policy, employee relations, or talent development.
- Experience in SAP Activate methodology and HR data management best practices.
