Job description
As a SAP TMS Functional Consultant, you will be expected to drive business results through responsibility and accountability via a clear set of objectives, expectations, and measurements.
Key responsibilities & duties
- Advise clients on the best SAP solution for their business needs, processes, and solutions.
- Guide the customer in project management, solution adoption, and change management.
- Provide expertise on SAP solutions and their integration with backend SAP and non-SAP systems across the whole company landscape.
- Consult on "end-to-end" processes, solutions, and functional capabilities.
- Support the implementation cycle as an expert in your specific area of expertise.
- Provide system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue/incident management.
- Design and develop functionalities to answer customer's business needs and requirements.
- Set up and configure the technical aspect of a software solution.
- Manage client requirements and design and implement changes to resolve issues.
- Serving as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing offerings with deep understanding of SAP systems
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in SAP TMS consulting.
- Proven track record of managing client requirements and designing and implementing changes to resolve issues.
- Strong knowledge of SAP TMS functionalities and their integration with backend SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- SAP TMS certification is a plus
