Perth based role - Hybrid working model (3 days per week in office) - Permanent or 12 months contract opportunity!
Work as a ServiceNow Architect with a Global leading Consulting firm on one of their established Perth based projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the customers - Business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs.
- Brainstorm with the customer and bring out the requirements beneficial to them.
- Design and architecture for the new implementation and development of ServiceNow applications.
- Provide guidance and leadership in ServiceNow platform to customers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Skills required include:
- Experience working as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.
- Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, ITOM modules
- Experienced in leading at least 2 Implementation projects in ITSM area and 1 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow.
- Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development.
- Strong work experience and associated for projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations and Implementations
- Design technical solutions based on customer requirements and convert to functional requirements.
- Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards
- Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL V3 foundation
