Job description

THE ROLE

As the Systems Engineer you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and support of the company's technology solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This role requires a commitment to excellence, with a focus on collaboration to maintain system integrity while championing security best practices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring system performance, and automating operational tasks, all while fostering a culture of respect and innovation.

KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent overall communication abilities including ability to modify approach to suit various audiences
  • Ability to contribute to the team to ensure that release time frames are met as per project milestones
  • Ability to contribute to formulation of an effective support plan for each project
  • High level of customer service both internal and external to the organisation
  • Highly results driven including willing to lead by example and strong time management and service ethic

DESIRABLE

ESSENTIAL

  • 5+ years of prior experience within a system administrator and/or system engineer role or equivalent
  • Australian Citizen is mandatory, along with the ability to attain/hold NV1 security clearance.
