Referral Process
1) Referral resumes must be submitted by the referrer. To be eligible for the referral prize, the referrer must email the CV of the candidate they wish to refer for the open role to recruitment contact mentioned in the respective job advertisement, noting it is a referral. You must include the name of the Role and the Job Reference # in the body of your email in order for the referral to be processed.
Reward Eligibility Criteria
1) The referral program competition opens on Thursday, June 6, 2024, and closes on Friday, June 21, 2024. Only referrers and candidates who apply within this period are eligible.
2) Referred candidates must be selected and placed against one of the 6 x jobs listed in the specific job adverts included in the current referral program, these are:

3) Referrers of successfully placed candidates, who are deemed eligible for the prize based on the criteria below, will receive a digital gift voucher. This voucher is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
4) Referrers of candidates excluded from prize eligibility include, but are not limited to:
Referrals of candidates who applied directly before the aforementioned dates and are currently engaged in the recruitment process.
Referrals of candidates who were former employees of the client/employer.
The program is open to residents of Australia. Employees of Paxus and its agencies associated with this program and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
5) To be eligible for the prize, the referred candidate must be selected for the role and successfully complete 30 days in the position from the start date before the reward is awarded.
6) All eligible referrers will undergo a validation process to ensure legitimacy and adherence to the stated criteria.

7) All contact data provided will be entered into the Paxus database for the purposes of this program. Paxus only collects personal information that is directly related to fulfilling its obligations as a recruitment service provider. Find our full privacy policy here.
8) Paxus reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program and its terms and conditions at any time.
9) In the event of a dispute regarding the conduct of the program, the decision of Paxus is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
10) Paxus shall not be liable for any manufacturer defects in prizes or for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of taking a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
