Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven 360 Account Manager to join our Adelaide team. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the dynamic recruitment industry, specializing in IT and white-collar placements. As a 360 Account Manager at Paxus, you will act as a consultative advisor to our clients, driving business development and forging long-term, authentic relationships, whilst taking full ownership of the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to post placement support. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our clients and candidates, reflecting our mission to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a consultative advisor and industry expert.
- Understand client needs deeply to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that drive their business success.
- Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, insights, and strategic advice, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Build and nurture trusted, long term relationships with candidates - understanding their needs and values, aligning them to the needs and values of our clients.
- Become a trusted advisor, helping candidates navigate career opportunities and industry trends.
- Engage with candidates proactively, providing guidance and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
Contractor Relationship Management
- Manage and nurture contractor relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction throughout their assignments.
- Regularly check in with contractors to address any concerns and assist them with any challenges that may develop, ultimately supporting high retention rates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, offering guidance on contracts, compliance, payroll and career development.
- Work closely with clients and contractors to facilitate contract renewal/extension, ensuring continued placement success.
Business Development
- Focus on expanding Paxus' presence within the Government sector across Adelaide.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, proactively building a strong pipeline of requirements.
Recruitment Delivery
- Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, balancing quality and timeliness.
- Provide regular feedback to clients and candidates, facilitating a transparent and collaborative hiring experience.

Required Skills and Experience
- A strong background in account management and recruitment delivery.
- Experience or knowledge in IT recruitment and/or white-collar recruitment is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a competitive industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong candidate engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong proficiency in recruitment CRM systems and sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated experience proactively engaging with the market to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
