Are you an experienced Senior Change Manager ready to support a high-impact cybersecurity transformation? Join a dynamic and supportive Organisational Change Management team, where you'll be directly deployed to the Cyber Defence unit - working at the forefront of Australia's cyber resilience efforts.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end change process across one (possibly two) Agile squads, delivering on key cybersecurity initiatives. If you thrive in fast-paced, Agile environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you!
About the Role
- Support and drive change across Agile squads within the Cyber Defence team
- Deliver change plans such as stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, and training
- Develop and execute both internal and external communication strategies
- Promote adoption of cybersecurity tools, processes, and priorities
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and integrate into squad rhythms
- Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members
- Adapt to a lean resourcing model and respond flexibly to changing priorities
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Change Manager in Agile delivery environments
- Solid grasp of change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong experience with internal/external communications
- Autonomous and collaborative working style
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Cybersecurity awareness is a plus, but not required - onboarding will be provided
- Comfortable working with remote teams and digital collaboration tools
- Experience in government, cyber, or high-security environments is nice to have
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) or Agile (e.g., Scrum Master) is nice to have.
