Job description
Our client is currently seeking a ICT Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract to support the deployment of a new Vendor Management System (VMS) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
THE ROLE
- Conduct system analysis, including creating Active Directory group hierarchies.
- Develop user-friendly training documentation, including quick reference guides.
- Lead the creation of transition operations checklists to ensure seamless handover.
- Work closely with remote business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Provide project support, including coverage during a 3-week period (Aug/Sept).
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience as a ICT Business Analyst.
- A strong understanding of business process documentation & system analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with VMS is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential!
