Our client, a local government, is seeking a Business Analyst for a fixed-term contract. You will play a key part in the transformation of business processes to a digital environment, providing the necessary accessibility and insight to enable an improved, quality customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Drive efficient, sustainable business practices by aligning solutions with business needs and organisational strategy. This includes:
- Applying methodologies to analyse/improve business processes, system developments, information management, workflows and customer service delivery.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver digital and business solutions.
- Planning, prioritising, and reporting on service delivery.
- Capturing and analysing business needs/data to support the community
- Leading requirements definition, participating in system design, configuration, build, testing and documentation.
- Delivering implementation support, troubleshooting, and providing customer service.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' Business Analyst experience (BABOK or equivalent)
- Project Management knowledge (desirable)
- MS 365 proficiency
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyse, problem-solve, and deliver user training
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain)
