Job description

THE ROLE

Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst for an initial 5 month Contract with WFH Flex and Market Rates on offer. You will work closely with solution architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define processes, gather functional requirements, and ensure the successful implementation of a new digital experience framework. Your focus will be bridging the gap between user-centric design and technical delivery, supporting a transition to business adoption of digital assets and patterns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define "To-Be" business processes aligned to the digital experience architecture solution
  • Document functional requirements and user journeys
  • Assist with procurement deliverables including supplier requirements and evaluations
  • Collaborate with development teams and integration partners to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Maintain stakeholder alignment and manage business expectations throughout delivery

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital environments
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and functional requirement gathering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience engaging cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to work across diverse teams
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a structured and organised way

DESIRABLE:

  • Exposure to information architecture or knowledge management systems
  • Experience working with UI/UX teams
  • Familiarity with digital pattern libraries or reusable design systems
