About the Role:
We are seeking a Change Specialist with significant experience in leading and delivering outcomes at a portfolio level for a strategic requirement. This role focuses on overseeing and aligning change initiatives to ensure they support organizational goals while providing data-driven insights to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Change Management: Work closely with General Managers across wider portfolio to develop insights and drive outcomes by overseeing and aligning change initiatives with business priorities.
- Define Metrics & KPIs: Establish clear performance indicators to measure success, including financial performance, productivity gains, and customer satisfaction improvements.
- Process & Data Improvements: Enhance change tools, reporting, and data mechanisms for informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching: Guide leaders and teams in adopting change frameworks and tools.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure change processes align with best practices and strategic objectives.
- Capability Building: Support training and development initiatives to strengthen change adoption.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives to ensure smooth implementation.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Significant experience in leading and delivering change at a portfolio level.
- Strong expertise in change management, business improvement, or transformation roles.
- Strong data analysis skills to derive insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Proven experience in Benefit Realization through establishing clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conducting benefit realization reviews.
- Proven experience with tools and techniques for measuring benefit realization.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of project lifecycles and change methodologies.
Desirable:
- Experience linking strategic goals to change initiatives.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., ARIS, Signavio).
