Job description

Key Accountabilities:



1. Develop, Coordinate, and Implement Change Management Programs

  • Collaborate with project leads and working groups to identify customer, organisational, and employee impacts.
  • Develop and execute change management plans aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of change plans to drive organisational benefits.
  • Implement quality control and risk management systems.
  • Work with business leaders to ensure change is embedded, with appropriate measures to assess adoption.


2. Coach, Influence, and Collaborate with Initiative Owners

  • Partner with leaders to create a shared understanding of change needs and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Ensure sustainable change is embedded in behaviours, processes, and ways of working.
  • Coach and influence leaders to ensure follow-through and benefit realisation.
  • Develop and document business processes to support change initiatives.


3. Manage the Operational and Tactical Aspects of the Change Program

  • Oversee day-to-day implementation of change management plans.
  • Work closely with project and business managers to align technology, processes, and change efforts.
  • Develop workforce plans and training schedules in partnership with People & Safety.
  • Create training plans to enhance employee adoption and manage resistance.
  • Implement and monitor quality control and risk management strategies.
  • Track and report on change management progress at a program and project level.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and influence leaders to drive change adoption.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and risk management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and change initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing training and workforce transition plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, Agile Change Management) is desirable.
  • Extensive experience in leading organisational change initiatives within complex environments.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders to implement sustainable business change.
