🔧 Key Skills & Experience:
5+ years leading large-scale organisational change initiatives
Proven track record of delivering transformational change in partnership with senior leadership
Expertise in creating and executing change management plans that foster engagement and long-term adoption
Experience in enterprise-wide communication strategy and execution
Strong background in driving cultural and behavioural change
🎓 Qualifications:
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)
Agile and Human-Centred Design credentials are highly regarded
Desirable Experience:
(For one of the two positions) Familiarity with end-user compute projects including M365, device migration, and printing
