Our Federal Government client is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their team. This is a 12 month contracting role with a 2x12 months extension option. This role is open to ACT. This role is open to Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a NV1 Security Clearance.

To be successful in fulfilling this role you must have experienced in:
- Experienced IT Change Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale technology and organisational change initiatives within complex environments
- Thrives in dynamic settings and excel at engaging stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in change management frameworks and a hands-on approach, bringing the ability to develop tailored strategies while ensuring practicality and effectiveness.
- Experience within large and complex IT environments is essential.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive change adoption.
- Assess change impacts, readiness, and risks, developing mitigation strategies.
- Provide expert advice on change management best practices and methodologies.
- Drive the execution of communication, training, and engagement plans.
- Align multiple concurrent change initiatives with organisational priorities.
- Collaborate with project teams, executives, and business units to ensure smooth transitions.
- Monitor, track, and report on change management effectiveness and adoption.
- Support employees in navigating business and technology transformation
- Work effectively in a small team environment;
- Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other teams; and
- Record and maintain files/information in accordance with the clients requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Solution. The extent to which the potential supplier's response meets the clients requirements as set out in the ATM documents
- Ability to deliver. The extent to which the potential supplier demonstrates its capability and capacity to provide the requirements.
- Whole of life costs. The whole of life costs for the clients. Evaluation includes the quoted price and any costs the client will incur after accepting the potential supplier's response.
