🔧 Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong SQL/PLSQL skills with Oracle and Microsoft databases
* Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into data insights
* Familiarity with business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Gliffy, Lucidchart)
* Experience in both Agile and traditional (waterfall) environments
* Understanding of XML and JSON
* Proven capability in analysing and improving application processes
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
🎓 Qualifications:
* Graduate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
* An equivalent combination of education and experience
🌟 Desirable Skills:
* Experience in web development (e.g., Ruby on Rails, .Net)
* Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design, Service-Oriented Architecture, and API design
* Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
