Candidates must be Adelaide based - 6 months contract with extensions likely!
Work as a Document Controller with a leading organisation on one of their long-term projects.
Responsibilities and Skills Required include:
- Specialist Information Management.
- Complete scheduled tasks in a timely manner with appropriate prioritisation of work.
- Utilise knowledge to ensure department targets are being met.
- Build relationships with other departments and employees to ensure problems are addressed and resolved effectively in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Line Manager to manage workload and satisfactory performance, with regular workload forecasting and progress reporting.
- Provide feedback to Line Manager to enable accurate Employee Performance reviews and monitor KPI's.
- Aconex experience is desirable.
- Liaise with ESP's, Project Engineers and Production & Maintenance personnel to ensure correct and efficient designs are available.
- Ensure Training (LMS) timeframes are met.
