Job description

Our Client, one of Australia's largest Local Governments is currently seeking a highly skilled ESM Technical Platform Architect. Initial 6 month contract + WFH Flex and Market Rates on Offer !

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated significant experience working in ITSM or ESM environments (project and/or support) in platform technical configuration, programming, functional analysis, solution design and / or solution architecture roles. Experience in the BMC Helix or ServiceNow platforms would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks, such as the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing complex business workflows, including service catalogue management, incident management, change management, and problem management.
  • Demonstrated significant experience developing integrated, business requirement and Enterprise Architecture aligned strategic architecture and solution roadmaps across the ESM platform.

DESIREABLE

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related discipline, and training and certifications in one or more of the following: TOGAF or other enterprise architecture framework, ITIL, ServiceNow or BMC Helix.
  • Exposure or experience in contemporary/iterative IT delivery methods such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps and the practices, ceremonies and delivery governance associated with these delivery methods.
