About the Role
As an IT Contracts & Procurement Advisor, you will oversee procurement frameworks, manage vendor contracts, and provide strategic advice to internal stakeholders. This role involves sourcing, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on procurement policies and best practices.
Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT vendors.
Lead or support sourcing activities and contract negotiations.
Maintain vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in IT procurement.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- You are Brisbane based
- Experience in procurement, contract management, or vendor governance
- A business-related degree and/or Level 4 accreditation with CIPSA (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Desirable: Experience with corporate procurement, financial, or risk systems, and knowledge of ITIL.
