A leading consultancy is seeking an ITIL Process Consultant to enhance IT service management (ITSM) and asset management strategies. You will lead CMDB governance, ServiceNow optimization, and IT asset discovery, collaborating with multiple service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
CMDB Strategy & Governance - Design and implement structured frameworks in ServiceNow.
Asset Discovery & Data Quality - Enhance accuracy through automated tools.
Multi-Provider Collaboration - Ensure consistency in CMDB integrations.
ITIL Best Practices - Align IT asset/configuration management with compliance policies.
Process & Tool Integration - Unify asset discovery tools and service management platforms.
Requirements:
2+ years of CMDB & IT asset management experience
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB (data modeling, relationships, reconciliation)
Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred: ServiceNow Discovery, ITIL 4, ITOM, SIAM, or cloud governance expertise
