THE ROLE
Are you a passionate change leader with experience driving organisational transformation in complex environments? We are currently seeking an Organisational Change Manager to join a Digital Enablement Program within a major government department. This program is focused on delivering sustainable technology and cultural change across a broad IT landscape.
You will be responsible for leading and implementing transformational change across technology, processes, and people enabling business adoption of cloud-based, evergreen solutions. Working in partnership with IT leadership and key stakeholders, this role will design and execute change management strategies that foster engagement, capability uplift, and user readiness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement strategic change management frameworks for IT transformation projects
- Lead business readiness, stakeholder engagement, training and workforce transition activities
- Provide expert advice on organisational change, adoption risks, and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate across internal teams to assess change impacts and support sustainable adoption
- Produce engaging and human-centred communication and training content
- Support a culture of agility, customer-centricity, and collaboration within technology teams
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience leading organisational change in technology-driven environments
- Strong understanding of contemporary IT change and business transformation approaches
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
- Ability to work independently across multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Experience using both traditional and agile/hybrid project and change methodologies
- Qualifications in change management or project management (highly regarded)
