Job description
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a critical program in the financial services sector, focusing on privacy, compliance, and legislative changes. This role requires someone with a strong background in regulatory projects and the ability to bring stability to a high-priority initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the program focused on protecting sensitive customer information and addressing privacy and legislative changes.
- Manage executive and senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring governance, effective sponsorship, and timely decision-making.
- Assure and assist procurement and vendor management activities, including risk management oversight
- Plan and control program management activities, including budgeting and resourcing.
- Deliver within the Enterprise Delivery Framework, aligned with the corporate strategy.
- Perform other duties as directed.
About You:
- Strong experience in managing compliance and regulatory projects.
- Expertise in engaging and managing senior executive stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills to lead and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering within tight timeframes.
