Job description
Join a leading Qld government department and oversee the delivery of a major web application implementation.
In this role, you will be part of a major ICT Transformation program, and be responsible for the successful delivery of a number of Infrastructure projects from initiation through to project closure.
- Plan and coordinate project activities and resources to deliver the required outcome within the project budget and timeframes.
- Develop all necessary project documentation
- Ensure appropriate project governance and assurance activities are in place for the project.
- Develop and implement communication plans, organisational change management plans and benefit realisation plans where necessary.
- Liaise closely with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Provide effective management of risks, issues, conflicts, change requests and priorities.
- Manage the project budget and finances.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Manage project resource allocations.
- Timely and accurate
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role where you have delivered complex application projects within an enterprise environment
- Proven experience delivering in accordance with Prince2
- Ability to manage all facets of a complex project, including budget, resource allocation, reporting etc
- High level stakeholder engagement experience
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
