🔍 About the Role
As the Resource Planning Lead, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-level workforce planning across Agile delivery teams, programs, and portfolios. Your strategic mindset, analytical strengths, and stakeholder engagement skills will be key in managing capacity and capability planning, supporting delivery governance, and optimising resource utilisation across the change portfolio.
✅ Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in workforce and resource management within a PMO, program, or portfolio-level setting.
Hands-on experience working within Agile delivery environments, supporting multiple cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of portfolio, program, and project delivery frameworks, including risk and control processes.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable solutions.
Advanced competency in modelling and analysis tools to inform decisions and plan resource demand.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities across business and technical teams.
A customer-first approach to planning and service delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs.
