Key Requirements Include:
- Experience:
- Extensive (10+ years) experience in leading change management activities throughout entire project lifecycles, with a strong focus on ICT projects.
- Proven ability to define, develop, and implement change management strategies in technology and digital service environments.
- Expertise in engaging executive stakeholders through high-level communications and delivering end-user training programs.
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements, deliver effective business solutions, and establish best practices aligned with policy development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with projects involving Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or highly sensitive data is highly regarded.
- Qualifications:
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
