Senior Finance Business Analyst

Are you a Finance Business Analyst with ERP implementation experience, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, working closely with finance teams to improve systems, processes, and efficiency? If so, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in the implementation of a new finance system for a leading global brand. This role will focus on finance process transformation, system rollout, and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.

You'll work closely with finance and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support system adoption-ensuring a seamless transition and optimising finance operations.

• Gather and document business and finance requirements for ERP system implementation
• Work closely with finance teams to ensure alignment with GL, AR/AP, reporting, and compliance needs
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for system configuration
• Develop process maps and workflows to streamline financial processes
• Support user training and system adoption for finance teams
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate system functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in finance systems or ERP implementations
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other financial ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong understanding of financial terminology and processes (GL, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting)
• Excellent process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Finance or accounting background preferred (CPA/CA ideal but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
