Job description
We've got a unique opportunity that sits somewhere between a Program Coordinator and a Project Manager-ideal for someone who's worked in a PMO or commercial/project coordination role and is ready to take ownership of a key function.
This isn't a traditional technology delivery PM role. Instead, you'll be right in the middle of a large program, managing the end-to-end Statement of Work (SOW) process-working across vendors, supply teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all SOWs move through approvals, stay on track, and align with delivery milestones.
It's a great fit for someone who's organised, assertive, and confident navigating stakeholder expectations while driving outcomes in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the SOW Lifecycle - Coordinate the full process from initiation through to approval and execution, keeping all parties aligned.
- Vendor + Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with vendors, project managers, and supply teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
- Drive Approvals - Follow up, escalate when needed, and ensure SOWs don't stall in the pipeline.
- Process + Governance - Maintain structure, frameworks, and documentation to support smooth delivery.
- Risk Awareness - Identify delays or risks early and take action to keep the contract process moving.
About You
- You've supported or led SOW/contract workflows before-ideally in a PMO, delivery coordination, or commercial projects environment.
- You're proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities across a large team.
- You know how to chase stakeholders professionally, escalate when required, and keep momentum without losing sight of the big picture.
- You may currently be a Project Coordinator looking to step into a more senior role, or a Project Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of delivery and commercial operations.
