Job description

Looking for a Senior Service Engineer, Contact Centre Platforms who is responsible for providing expert services and knowledge in relation to designing, engineering, and implementing critical contact centre platforms and application services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides expert consulting in Infrastructure Service Engineering to project delivery portfolios
  • Assists with discovery, design, and migration planning activities
  • Supports the implementation, integration, and configuration of new capabilities, focusing on new AudioCodes products and the existing Avaya product suite
  • Aids in the development, planning, and execution of testing strategies across SIT, UAT, and PVT phases
  • Facilitates migrations and operational handover to L1/L2/L3 run teams
  • Delivers all necessary documentation throughout the project delivery stages

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and/or supporting AudioCodes Mediant SBC and OVOC products
  • Extensive experience in the Contact Centre domain in a technical design and engineering role within a large and complex IT environment
  • Familiarity with the Avaya Aura stack, including Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, Application Enablement Services, and/or Experience Portal
  • In-depth knowledge of open standard IP voice protocols such as SIP, SDP, and RTP
  • Strong understanding of horizontal technology domains such as security, networks, and infrastructure platforms
  • Advanced skills in analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset and a drive to learn and take ownership
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key and senior stakeholders, understanding business and customer-centric outcomes
  • Sound understanding of the financial services operating environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant technical certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, or SSCA are desirable
