About the role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Design Blueprinter to join their dynamic team. As a Service Design Blueprinter, you will play a pivotal role in designing and optimising services that enhance the lives of Brisbane residents and visitors. You will be responsible for creating detailed service blueprints that map out user journeys, identify pain points, and propose innovative solutions to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Advanced experience in Agile practices, including supporting the building of epics/user stories;
- Work with the business to logically rate and prioritise a master backlog that delivers to project commitments;
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, consult, coordinate and deliver solution conceptualisation; in a large, diverse and complex organisation
- Superior written communication skills and demonstrated extensive experience in preparing high-quality epics and user stories;
- Expert analytical and problem solving skills, together with the ability to apply that knowledge;
- Expert ability to convert conceptual design solutions into digital product design solutions that adhere to department's design system, digital style and brand guides and technical capability;
- Experience in the evaluation and assessment of project success including definition of done and success criteria;
- Demonstrated high level ability to establish and grow collaborative relationships (building trust and providing reliability), with staff from varying technical disciplines, and with customers, suppliers, project managers and stakeholders.
- Experience as a service designer or Blueprinter and strategist with a passion for creating meaningful change and experiences.
- Experience impacting positive organisational outcomes through human centred design-based methods, strategic thinking, and effective collaboration.
- Experience with tools such as: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
Desirable:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
- Experience in using Jira and Confluence.
