Are you a problem solver with a passion for IT support and customer service? We're looking for a Service Desk Officer to provide first-level ICT support to our client. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, this is the role for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Providing timely and effective first-level ICT support to end-users.
✅ Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems when needed.
✅ Managing service requests and incidents in an ITIL-based environment.
✅ Maintaining accurate records and documentation for IT support activities.
✅ Contributing to the continuous improvement of Service Desk processes.
✅ Supporting IT security, compliance, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What You Bring to the Role:

🔹 Strong communication skills to support technical and non-technical users.
🔹 A problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
🔹 Experience with ICT issue tracking systems and remote support tools.
🔹 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
🔹 Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, LAN/WAN, and enterprise IT service delivery.
