An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant/ SME to join our industry leading client and play a key role in shaping the future of their ServiceNow environment.
In this role, your focus will be to understand the business, how it operates and work to develop a roadmap of growth and optimization of the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor and be a critical to the successful implementation of a multitude of ServiceNow modules.
- Utilise your deep domain knowledge to analyse and improve client business processes with a range of ServiceNow module
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their operational challenges and design effective solutions and aligning them to platform capabilities and business requirements
- Leverage your consultancy skills on business process design, configuration, and optimisation
- Our projects are diverse so you'll have the opportunity to get involved in everything from early-stage demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, to hosting requirements workshops, helping work on solution designs and test planning, through to deployment and hyper care activities
Skills required:
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow and of delivering robust, best-practice based ServiceNow implementations
- Strong stakeholder management experience and a demonstrated ability to influence and consult (discussing pros, cons, and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems
- Ability to deliver effectively and efficiently by working autonomously as well as within a team
- ServiceNow base certifications plus practical experience on multiple implementations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to run design workshops, conduct training and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
