**Position: Wintel/Server Engineer**
**Requirements:**
1. **Core Skills:**
- Experienced with Microsoft Stack
- Proficient in VMWare (preferably VMWare Certified Professional)
- Strong experience with Domain Migration
2. **Additional Skills:**
- General understanding of security
- Preferred background in Managed Service Provider (MSP)
3. **Project Responsibilities:**
- Windows Server Upgrade from 2012 to 2022
- Domain Controller Migration & Upgrade
- Conduct technical assessments and look for dependencies
4. **Experience:**
- Good experience with Domain Controller
- Familiarity with DELL hardware
- Potential to set up a secondary Disaster Recovery (DR) location
- Cloud-first approach; aim for 50%-70% in the cloud, hosted in NextDC
5. **Working Hours:**
- 8 hours per day
