Senior Business Analyst - Identity & Access Management (IAM)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to play a key role with s. This role will focus on integration analysis, defining API patterns, and ensuring IAM operational readiness, working closely with security, architecture, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for IAM initiatives.
Conduct integration analysis, identifying API patterns and defining business rules for secure system interactions.
Support IAM operational readiness, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including security specialists, architects, and developers-to align IAM solutions with business needs.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to communicate requirements and technical insights effectively.
Identify process improvements and recommend best practices for IAM security and compliance.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a technical or security-focused environment.
Strong understanding of IAM principles, platforms, and industry best practices.
Experience in integration analysis, API design, and business rule definition.
Familiarity with IAM operational processes, including user provisioning, authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and work effectively in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Brisbane based
- Fintech background
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications in IAM (e.g., CIAM, CISSP, or similar) are highly regarded.
- Experience with security and compliance-related projects.
