Job description
The Test Lead will:
*Advocate and implement Test Policy and Test Strategy.
*Guide technical testing using test practices, methods, and tools.
*Perform hands-on testing (automated or manual) as required due to the small team size.
Required Skills and Experience
*College or University diploma/degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
*Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
*English written and communication skills to IELTS 6.5 level
*Understanding of API mechanisms and authentication (Application Programmer Interface).
Overview of Requirements
*TestOps DevOps: Strong understanding of TestOps /DevOps practices and extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks in the cloud.
*Shift-Left Testing: Proven ability to implement shift-left testing practices.
*Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with IaC tools and practices, ensuring that infrastructure changes are tested and validated as part of the CI/CD pipelines.
