Job description
Be a part of a massive integration project in a large educational institution! As a Unix System Administrator you will be responsible for providing general Unix Server and Storage Administration Support and assist ITDS Server and Storage team with daily queue jobs and Unix related tasks.
About You
- Strong Unix/Linux server expertise and proficiency in Windows operating systems is essential.
- Solid experience with Network File System (NFS) protocols.
- Expertise in Unix file systems and general file/directory structure.
- Proven experience managing large-scale Red Hat Linux deployments.
- Ansible experience are highly advantageous.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or progress towards such qualifications with extensive relevant experience,
- Extensive relevant experience in the field
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and/or training.
- Significantly advantageous to have Red Hat Directory Server (LDAP) or Red Hat Satellite experience. Please apply if this is you!!
