Appian Developer
This role will work on a new project development on the Appian platform. Additionally, may need to support and or integrate existing applications.
The role will be located in the Adelaide CBD with WFH options available. Fully remote/interstate staff may be considered however they will need to travel to Adelaide at their own expense for a few days for induction/introductions and to collect hardware.
Responsibilities
- Translate user stories into required functionality using the Appian platform.
- Design, implement, enhance, and support Appian applications.
- Guide Appian developers ensuring best practices are followed.
- Participate peer reviews to ensure quality and knowledge transfer.
- Prepare and maintain thorough system and application documentation.
- Analyse and fix production defects.
Skills
· Strong experience with Appian BPM platform.
· MySQL or similar relational database.
· Skills for writing reusable common objects.
· Experience in Agile software development - Working with JIRA and Kanban boards.
· Experience working with Business Analysts and Key Stakeholders.
· Appian certification would be highly regarded.
· Experience with other programming knowledge (.Net, C#, Java or any OOP) would be highly regarded.
· Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/MS Azure) would be advantages
