Job description

Our client, a State Government, is seeking a highly motivated Data Remediation Consultant to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a hybrid role, which you will be assisting their team to clear data backlogs, ensuring accurate data entry and strict adherence to security standards.

You will play a vital part in streamlining processes and improving data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in processing data.
  • Ensure data entry is accurate, efficient, and completed within required timeframes.
  • Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to resolve backlog issues.
  • Adhere to service quality standards, procedures, and security policies.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve data flow and processing challenges.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Former member of law enforcement.
  • Experience using SerPro and similar IT systems.
  • Strong understanding of law enforcement procedures, general orders, and operational processes.
  • Experience in large-scale or multi-year projects within structured frameworks.
  • Willing to relocate or travel when required.
  • Security Clearance: National Police Clearance required.
