About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Application Support Engineer for a short initial contract. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in configuring, implementing, training, and testing corporate software applications. Your efforts will directly enhance system functionality, ensure smooth upgrades, and drive integration of new and existing software solutions.

you will investigate software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimise service disruptions. You'll also play an integral part in strategic transformation initiatives, contributing to the development and improvement of our enterprise business systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • System Upgrades and Maintenance:
    Plan and execute regular upgrades to leverage new features and ensure enhanced service continuity.
  • Operational Support:
    Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the business systems, working proactively to address and resolve issues.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to align systems with business requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Diagnose root causes of system issues, develop solutions, and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
