About the Role:


An organization is enhancing its change management capability and is seeking an experienced People Change Management Lead to drive significant change initiatives across multiple projects. This role focuses on supporting internal business units through transformational process and technology changes. The successful candidate will work closely with impacted stakeholders, providing expert advice on change management strategies, addressing resistance to change, and leading training and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and implement change management strategies in alignment with project objectives.
  • Support internal stakeholders in adapting to process and technology transformations.
  • Provide expert advice on change processes, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
  • Develop and document change plans, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with the ICT Change Consultant and project teams.
  • Lead training and communication initiatives to ensure successful adoption of changes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in people change management across multiple engagements.
  • Strong understanding of core change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with experience in writing detailed change plans.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to drive successful change adoption.
  • Must be eligible for a Government Working With Children Check (required before commencement).
