Job description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the development of a Discovery, Aggregation, and Correlation (DAC) capability that will integrate across our Workforce Identity Lifecycle Management and Privileged Access Management functions with a proven track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading both technical and functional teams.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Demonstrate expertise in delivery management, particularly in large-scale technology functions, ensuring smooth coordination between diverse teams.
  • Lead and guide teams across delivery, technical, and functional areas, leveraging your extensive experience in stakeholder and team leadership.
  • Identify and document risks and issues that may affect project outcomes, collaborating with Product Owners and Crew Leads to address these concerns promptly.
  • Bring over 8 years of experience in large-scale enterprise deliveries, utilizing agile methodologies to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Have a strong background in Security / Cyber, with exposure to IAT considered highly valuable.
  • Possess experience in highly regulated and compliance-driven industries.
  • Effectively consult and lead at an executive level, driving both change and successful project delivery.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IDAM), SailPoint, and CyberArk is highly desirable.
  • Experience working under the guidance of senior leaders to support large, cross-domain initiatives involving multiple teams, squads, and product owners.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, technically challenging projects that require coordination across various squads, teams, and business units.
  • Strong background in Cybersecurity, with specific expertise in Identity Management preferred.
  • Desirable experience with automation, orchestration, discovery, remediation, and organizational change initiatives.
