What You'll Do:
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems for errors, failures, and capacity issues.
- Automate operational tasks through scripting and tools.
- Maintain Linux and Windows/Hybrid environments and provide input on system architecture.
- Ensure security best practices (Essential 8 & ISO27001) and compliance with data security policies.
- Deliver high-quality customer support while meeting SLAs.
- Document technical processes and share knowledge across the team.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in a System Administrator or System Engineer role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Proven ability to meet project milestones and develop effective support plans.
- High level of customer service and a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems and Windows/Hybrid environments.
Desirable:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience with SQL, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud.
